Dekabristen e.V. is a Berlin-based NGO of Russian-speaking activists and young experts for Eastern Europe. We are involved in civic education and the development of international cooperation in the fields of culture, human rights and media in post-socialist Europe. We advise and support NGOs, grassroots initiatives, social enterprises as well as art and media professionals from Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and other countries of the region. Since the beginning of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, we have been helping to host refugees in Germany and providing urgent support counseling.
